Intercom – Phone Network

As a requirement, each tenant is required to have either a cellular phone, or a VOIP phone service. This allows for a visitor to come in the common entry, dial the apartment number which will automatically route to the appropriate telephone number. The tenant will see a unique telephone number, and will make the choice to answer or decline the phone call. This eliminates the need to have an intercom in each unit that may or may not be functional to the tenant.
